The Pemachpin award, meaning “To Be Present” is a participation award meant to recognize those who will actively participate in the lodge in 2018.
Anyone who wants to earn this award will have to perform various tasks such as attending LECs, attending Ordeal Weekends, participating in service projects, serving on a committee, etc. Those who do earn the award will be able to receive it at the holiday banquet in December and will have their name printed in Smoke Signals as being a recipient of the Pemachpin Award.

Fellow brothers, A few weeks ago on January 14th , the officers, chairmen, and advisors convened and discussed various types of leadership roles and ways to implement them as leaders in the lodge. I hope anyone that attended utilizes these skills effectively. If anyone would like to attend next year, speak to one of the officers to become a chairmen or co-chairmen.
