As you may or may not know the time for unit elections is here. This is our chance to give the opportunity to scouts to become candidates in our Order. It's also the first impression Lodge for many scouts, and is a chance to shed some light onto what goes on within the OA. Even if you were hesitant before about signing up for this committee but have since you decided you would like to help out with elections you can contact Jake Clancy in Dan Beard district or Alex Mykulyn in Two Mountains. With your help we can ensure that those who are willing to accept the responsibilities of our Order get the chance, so that we can grow into a larger and stronger lodge to ultimately better serve our members.

Merit Badge College was another huge success this year. As always the goal is to provide scouts with a chance to earn merit badges by meeting with new counselors and scouts. The Lodge helped out at registration, running merit badges along side counselors, as well as reading and checking off pre-reqs. Our involvement and all the behind the scenes work that was done allowed the whole day to run as smoothly as it did. A huge thank you to everyone who came out in the bitter weather to support the event.
